A leading NHS organisation in the UK is seeking a Mechanical Estates Officer responsible for managing the maintenance and compliance of all mechanical services across the Trust. Insight Executive Group are supporting an NHS organisation in the North West to appoint a Mechanical Estates Officer.
The Mechanical Estates Officer will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and statutory compliance of all mechanical building services across an NHS Trust. This includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), hot and cold water systems, medical gases, drainage, and associated plant and equipment.
The role provides specialist technical expertise, ensures compliance with relevant legislation and guidance (including HTM and HBN standards), oversees planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, and delivers high‑quality estates support to both clinical and non‑clinical services.
