A leading independent hospital in Kent is looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant. The role involves monitoring patient conditions pre and post-surgery and requires strong communication and patient-focused skills. Candidates should have an NVQ in Health and Social Care and experience working in acute settings. Benefits include a pension scheme, private health insurance, and generous leave. Shifts: 12.0 – 12.5 hour shifts covering days and nights Monday – Sunday.
Hourly Rate: £13.20 per hour plus holiday pay
Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant or Support Worker with a desire to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting? Would you like to develop your career your way?
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced healthcare assistant to join our surgical inpatients team. As a Care Support Worker, you will monitor patients’ conditions pre and post surgery, escalating to the nursing staff where necessary.
You will be a strong and motivated individual who is absolutely patient focused, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best.
This role is suitable for anyone has previously worked in a health care environment as a Care Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Clinical Support Worker, Imaging Assistant or Nursing Assistant. Experience in a hospital environment is advantageous but not essential.
