JMP is a creative content studio based in Bristol, working across sport, entertainment, and gaming for an exciting portfolio of clients. As our social output continues to grow, we’re looking for a Social Video Editor & Videographer to join our post‑production team and help deliver high‑performing content across platforms.

We’re looking for a Social Video Editor & Videographer to join our growing team — someone who can shoot confidently, edit instinctively, and adapt across formats and platforms.

This role is built for a creative operator who’s just as comfortable cutting a short‑form TikTok as they are shaping longer‑form behind‑the‑scenes content or reaction‑led videos. You’ll be hands‑on from shoot to final export, working closely with our producers, strategists and creative leads to bring stories to life through pace, instinct, and platform fluency.

• Shooting across a wide range of formats: interviews, BTS, livestreams, talking heads, reaction cam setups, and fast‑paced branded content

• Editing for a mix of platforms, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long‑form, Instagram

• Cutting reactive, quick‑turnaround clips as well as story‑led edits with breathing space and narrative

• Delivering same‑day sizzles and fast social recaps when needed

• Rigging and operating camera/audio setups solo or in a small crew (Sony FX series + mirrorless)

• Working with livestream setups (e.g. Blackmagic, multicam, OBS, ATEM Mini) or learning fast

• Travelling regularly for shoots (UK, Europe, US) and adapting to varied environments

• Collaborating with producers and creatives to shape ideas, shot lists and treatments

• Bringing creative input to the whole process — not just execution

• Are confident shooting and editing across platforms and formats

• Have strong instincts for pace, storytelling and visual energy, short‑form and long‑form

• Are fluent in Adobe Premiere (After Effects & Davinci a bonus)

• Know what works on TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and Reels, and how to deliver it natively

• Are comfortable operating solo or in small, agile crews

• Have some experience with livestream setups or a strong interest in learning

• Are proactive, curious, and always up for figuring out the best kit or creative workflow

• Have a full UK driving licence

• Bonus: Have the right to work/shoot in the US (not essential)

• Full‑time, Bristol‑based role, studio + on‑location

• Salary: £32,000–£34,000 depending on experience
