A public sector organization is seeking a Junior Business Design Analyst to conduct detailed analytical activities aimed at developing evidence-based solutions to complex challenges. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the public sector and contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. Salary: The starting salary is £38,926, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £35,998 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £38,523. Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

As a Junior Business Design Analyst you’ll leverage new technologies, varied datasets, and specialist operational knowledge to undertake detailed analytical activities to develop evidence‑based solutions to some of CTP’s most complex challenges. You’ll collaborate and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders from across the public sector, playing a pivotal role in reacting and reshaping the country’s CT approach.
The Business Design practice has three levels of experience, with a focus on development and career progression. Entering as a Business Design Analyst, you will take the leading role on project design activity, line‑manage Junior Business Design Analyst(s) and be supported by Business Design Leads.
