A clothing company in the UK is seeking a confident HR Advisor to manage vital HR processes and cultivate a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and exceptional communication skills. - Manage ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data.
- Coordinate benefits and HR administration.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support managers and employees across the business, champion best practice and help shape a positive workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
- Managing ER casework disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy & more
- Leading end-to-end recruitment: job specs, interviews, feedback, onboarding
- Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver
- Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data with accuracy and confidence
- Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin
- Supporting HR projects and policy development
- Providing payroll information
- Organising company social events because culture matters
- We’re after someone proactive, people-focused and commercially aware. You’ll need:
- Solid HR experience & strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level
- Organisational brilliance calm, structured, deadline-driven
