Overview

We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Advisor who thrives on variety and making things happen. In this pivotal role, you’ll support managers and employees across the business, champion best practice and help shape a positive workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Responsibilities
  • Managing ER casework disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy & more
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment: job specs, interviews, feedback, onboarding
  • Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver
  • Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data with accuracy and confidence
  • Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin
  • Supporting HR projects and policy development
  • Providing payroll information
  • Organising company social events because culture matters
Qualifications
  • We’re after someone proactive, people-focused and commercially aware. You’ll need:
  • Solid HR experience & strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level
  • Organisational brilliance calm, structured, deadline-driven
