A home care provider in Brighton is looking for a Female Wake Night Carer to provide essential nighttime support for a client with dementia. This role involves compassionate monitoring, following care plans, and maintaining the client’s dignity. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check. They offer paid training, a free bus pass, and flexibility in working hours. Ideal for caring and reliable individuals passionate about their work.
Location: East Sussex Office - Brighton

Specific Hours: Typically 7:00am – 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm

Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am (wake nights)

Role overview
Support a client with dementia during wake night shifts. The client will be in bed; your presence provides reassurance and gives the husband essential respite. You’ll monitor wellbeing, support continence care as needed, follow the care plan, record observations, and elevate any concerns.
