We’re building next‑generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight. To do that, we need high-quality transcriptions of real Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot communications.

• Position: Aviation Communications Transcriber (ATC)
• Location: Remote
• Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
• Compensation: $20-30 /hour
• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

• Understanding aviation phraseology
• Accurately capturing fast, noisy, real-world radio communications
• Extreme attention to detail

• Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) ↔ pilot audio recordings
• Carefully label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses
• Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseology
• Work on task-based assignments at your own pace
• Meet quality and accuracy standards (this is critical)

This is ideal if you are:

• A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller (ATC), or aviation professional
