THE ROLE

As the Project Manager Set Top Box Program, you will take on a central operational role within the Zattoo Business unit. You will be responsible for the management and operational handling of Set‑Top Boxes (STBs) delivery to our partners. You will ensure a smooth fulfillment chain and the timely delivery of hardware that meets both our own and Google’s strict certification standards. You report directly to the Portfolio Manager and are based in Berlin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the operations of the entire STB fulfillment process
• Drive the entire Set Top Box (STB) supply chain, overseeing quarterly forecasting with tenants, coordinating logistics with OEMs, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management (Fulfilment)
• Support Zattoo Sales efforts, manage STB documentation and branding, and assist with broader program and portfolio tasks
• Coordinate external partners such as the OEMs for Remote Control Units (RCU) and Set Top Boxes (STB)
• Own the entire physical STB stock for sales at Zattoo, including handling of shipments to leads and customers.
• Maintain and iterate the User Manual and are responsible for the branding process
• Take ownership of adhering to delivery times and scope and communicate proactively.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung). A university degree is welcome but not a mandatory requirement.
• Project management experience, preferably in IT or logistics, is desirable
• You know what a Set Top Box (STB) is, and ideally bring a basic technical understanding
• A structured, reliable, and accurate way of working is essential
• You have a strong hands‑on mentality and enjoy getting involved
• Fluent proficiency in German or English (native level) is required
• Good user skills in Google Suite or MS Office.
