Job summary

A leading water and waste company in the UK is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team. This role involves managing a team of quantity surveyors and providing contractual expertise across multiple projects. Candidates should ideally be degree qualified and experienced in the NEC suite of contracts. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the NEC suite of contracts.

  • Run tenders and negotiations with the supply chain.
