Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the NEC suite of contracts.
• Experience in the water or wider utilities industry is an advantage.
• Ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of commercial quantity surveyors.
• Provide pre and post contract expertise on multiple projects.
• Run tenders and negotiations with the supply chain.
• Validate and challenge project costs and ensure correct contract administration.
