A global project management firm seeks a Senior Program Manager in York, UK. This role requires managing complex projects, requiring leadership skills and fluency in both French and English. The candidate should have at least 3 years of project management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Essential duties include overseeing operations, developing project plans, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. The position offers a combination of office-based work with some flexibility for remote work.

The Senior Program Manager relies on knowledge of and experience with initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing complex projects using a formal project management methodology to develop and oversee project plans and forecast resource allocations and requirements to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
This job requires effective leadership and management skills, a bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education, technical, or military experience) and Project Management Professional certification. Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Teams is required, and the ability to work independently with little supervision is required.
