Job summary

A local public service organization is seeking a Property Operations Support Officer to assist the Deputy Property Operations Manager in property management. You will support the Enabling Services Commercial and Property Team and ensure compliance with legislative requirements for property services. Property Operations Support Officer – Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service

JOB PURPOSE

  • To effectively support the Deputy Property Operations Manager to deliver and make well informed decisions concerning property management, develop reports based upon reliable and accurate information.
  • To support the work of the Enabling Services Commercial and Property Team, by ensuring adherence to legislative and non-legislative guidance and requirements for the safe affective delivery of property services.
  • To become a skilled resource in the preparation, implementation and testing of business continuity plans, fire evacuation plans etc. to support the maintenance and monitoring of the Area Risk Register.
