The Amazon Flex EU team is looking for an analytical, results‑oriented person to drive Flex planning across businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the breadth of activities covered by the Flex planning function for the UK, executing these activities with excellence, and continuously improving for scale.
This is a highly visible and critical role that requires partnering with a cross‑disciplinary team of program managers, ops managers, marketing managers, data scientists, engineers, product managers, finance partners and executives across businesses. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail‑oriented, possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive growth and change in a fast‑paced environment. Bias for action and dive deep is an absolute must, and candidates must demonstrate a superior track record of delivering results. You must have sound business judgment and the ability to think strategically with a long‑term vision about this fast‑growing space, while being able to execute on tactical details.
This role requires a high level of writing, judgment, influence, and ownership. You will lead with data to persuade others, own and develop strategic partnerships with internal and external customers. This means you must be an excellent communicator, write engaging narratives, and present them effectively.
