  • Identify opportunities to enhance and promote partnerships via delivery, communications, or fundraising.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and grant payments, ensuring compliance and alignment with agreements.
  • Set for Success (SFS): Lead national programme with delivery partner Youth Sport Trust and Official Partner Barclays, review developments, manage steering group, develop initiatives, and plan and deliver events.
  • Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative (WJTI): Provide strategic guidance, oversee budget, and enhance programme visibility during The Championships. Work with colleagues to oversee the delivery and growth of the programme locally, lead on monitoring and evaluation.
  • International Partnerships: Develop plans with disaster relief partners, promote impact, and report on progress.

  • Work closely with colleagues and partners to gather case studies and content for use in communications such as press releases, award entries and publications and support on related PR activities and activations at The Championships.
  • Represent the Foundation at external events and maintain awareness of external trends in programme design, delivery, evaluation and funding environments.

Additional Info

  • Role requires DBS clearance and some UK travel.
  • Part of a small, dynamic team of seven individuals, committed to our shared values and cause.

Working Hours

  • Please note, additional hours/days will be required before and during The Championships.
About you
  • Passionate about the Foundation’s mission and activities, with enthusiasm for the voluntary sector.
  • Proven experience in delivering, developing and managing programmes and partnerships across charity, community and corporate sectors, ideally in the youth and/or sport for development sector.
  • An inspiring, energising and adaptable relationship builder, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels including service users, colleagues, senior leadership and boards.
  • A natural connector, a skilled communicator and presenter, with strong interpersonal abilities who leads with positivity and clarity.
  • Accountable for delivering large-scale partnership plans and confident bringing bold ideas to co-develop new initiatives.
  • A confident brand ambassador, capable of organising and hosting events with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • A self-motivated team player, proactive in connecting with people and bringing a problem-solving and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Financially literate, able to interpret budgets and complex data.
  • Collaborative and inclusive, committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
