A major hospitality group in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager for The Scotsman Hotel. As the Assistant Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You'll deputise leading the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.

- Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Opera Cloud knowledge is a definite advantage
Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
