A major hospitality group in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager for The Scotsman Hotel. In this role, you will lead the Front of House team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious hotel setting. As the Assistant Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You'll deputise leading the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
