As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance the employee experience. You will be a key partner in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to meet organisational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
- Lead performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to drive data‑based decision making.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5
- At least 5 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing HR teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
