Job summary
A global digital solutions provider based in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide IT assistance through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in a call center or service desk role. Responsibilities include assisting users with Microsoft products and resolving connectivity issues. The position is virtual with a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in call center or service desk environment.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides support via phone, e-mail and chat to corporate clients.
- Assists users in troubleshooting Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Handles 50-60 issues per day efficiently.
