Job summary
A local school in Coventry is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lunchtime Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being while facilitating activities that encourage social interaction and healthy play. Candidates should possess a first aid qualification or be willing to undertake training. This role is part of a larger commitment to support children's lifelong learning, under strong school policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to supervise and ensure safety during lunchtime.
- Willingness to undertake first aid training if not already qualified.
- Understanding and compliance with school policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period.
- Facilitate activities that promote social interaction.
- Ensure student health and wellbeing during play.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible Lunchtime Supervisor, to supervise and ensure the safety and well‑being of pupils during the lunchtime period, including facilitating activities that promote social interaction and healthy play.
The post requires the ability to understand, comply and work within school policies. It requires a first aid qualification, or the ability to undertake a first aid course and complete first aid forms.
We are part of Finham Park Multi‑Academy Trust and as such are committed to designing a 0‑19 co‑constructed curriculum and working across the child’s whole educational journey.
