About The Role:

Shift Pattern: 5 in 7, 07:00-16:00 / 13:00-22:00

  • Work proactively within all operational aspects in your responsibility, including implementation of innovations.
  • To operate P250 tow truck with trailer & also operate FLT with clamp.
  • To provide training and support to all team members ensuring safe site inspections are completed weekly. Ensuring we capture all team members.
  • To achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the centre in line with the KPIs ensuring audits of core service area is conducted frequently highlighting any anomalies.
  • To achieve IMPACT Trainer status & complete IMPACT training with all team members and ensure all cleaning is carried out in accordance with the IMPACT standards.
  • To assist staff and cover the Supervisor role within another department if required during sickness and leave where necessary.
  • To be responsible for the safety of customers in the centre, being aware of slips, trips and falls.
  • To support the Manager in creating individual development plans and ensure training is sourced to support growth, ensuring all feedback provided to the team is recorded to ensure support is provided when necessary ensuring evidence captured to put them on a PIP if required.
  • Be responsible for the tidiness & cleanliness of the stock rooms and ensure that all stock is well managed – advise Line Manager when stock is low.
  • Ensure the contract operates in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation, OCS Group Limited policies
  • Ensure that all Patrols, PPMs and reactive tasks are completed in timeframe allocated on E-Logs
  • To support the Manager with absence management, all RTWs to be completed in line with OCS procedure, ensuring absence review meetings are scheduled/completed as required. Consultation with HR for any staff management issues.
Person Specification
  • To be a service stream specialist, familiar with best practice and how this translates to operational ways of working
  • To be a robust people supervisor, to inspire teams to perform and have a consistent approach to all ensuring discretion is taken at all times.
  • To be passionate about good customer service and translate this to the service stream specific tasks
  • To support the Team Leader/Manager with specialist guidance as required
Qualifications
  • FLT Licence - Essential
  • Tow truck training – preferred (training can be provided)
