We need a dynamic and experienced individual to manage tennis and padel activity at Canterbury Tennis Club (CTC). Working with stakeholders and administrative support, you’ll develop and lead a successful, inclusive tennis and padel programme at our site within Polo Farm Sports Club (PFSC) on the outskirts of Canterbury.
Canterbury Tennis Club is the 2025 LTA Kent Club of the Year and has a membership of around 275 adult players. We are located at Polo Farm Sports Club, a multi‑sports venue on the outskirts of Canterbury that is home to hockey, cricket, croquet, indoor and outdoor tennis, a self‑managed junior tennis academy and from 2026, padel. We have six artificial clay courts, two grass courts and a licence to operate pay and play tennis on three additional clay courts shared with Canterbury Christchurch University and the PFSC‑managed Indoor Tennis Centre, of which CTC members are automatic members.
The two padel courts will be adjacent to the outdoor tennis courts and clubhouse, creating a racquet sport hub.
