Job summary
A leading food manufacturer in Worksop is looking for an HR Advisor to drive positive changes and support managers and colleagues. The role involves providing HR advice on various employee relations matters, managing absence processes, and leading recruitment initiatives. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience and demonstrable employee relations skills. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of around £37,000 per annum, promoting inclusivity and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a HR team advising managers on HR queries.
- Demonstrable employee relations knowledge with case management experience.
