A local charity organization in Greater Manchester seeks a Grants and Membership Administrator to support community development and engage with members. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about social justice. Responsibilities include assisting grant applicants, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective member engagement. This role will support our strategic ambition to grow and transform as a local funder.
You will connect with our Community Development team to make sure grant applicants are offered the support they need to develop, bid, deliver and evaluate their projects.
You will also offer a welcoming and professional first point of contact for our new members and work with our Operations Manager to maximise the engagement of our membership.
You will also support with other administrative tasks to support the Tameside management team.
Has excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with a good understanding of the VCFSE sector and grant investments, who is passionate about Tameside's communities and is committed to social justice.
