Job summary
A distinguished healthcare provider in Belfast is seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to oversee patient care and manage nursing operations. The role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on residents' lives while leading a dedicated team. Candidates must have an NMC PIN and proven leadership experience in healthcare settings. The position requires a commitment to high care standards and effective communication. This role provides 46 hours per week on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

- Support the Nurse Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.

- Actively contributes as a member of the management team to ensure smooth operation.
