Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Post-graduate diploma or degree for Advanced Practice Qualification.
  • Master’s degree in the relevant area of expertise.
  • Ability to work within own scope of practice.
  • Qualified independent nurse prescriber, on the NMC register.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Request and interpret pathology services as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Support the team in dealing with clinical emergencies.
  • Consult face-to-face, telephone, and video call.
