A law enforcement agency in Greater London seeks a Software Developer to provide technical support and create bespoke software for counter-terrorism operations. This role offers flexibility to work from home or at the London headquarters. Responsibilities include developing user-centric software, mentoring junior developers, and integrating new technologies. As a Software Developer, you will be involved in providing technical support and expertise to Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP), designing and creating bespoke software and integrating external solutions to assist in operations and strategic work.
This role is aligned to the Developer role set out within the Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework (DDAT).
You’ll join a new team of software developers, working flexibly from home or from our modern London headquarters located in West Brompton. A Birmingham office location is also available. This is a great opportunity to assist in building a world class development function.
This role requires a flexible working approach and be self‑motivated to help ensure that the various environments are well architected and documented.
