About the Role

As a Proposition Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative healthcare offerings across Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Dental, Cashplan, Well+, and other subscription services. You'll work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and launch propositions that are differentiated, competitive, and compelling.

What You'll Do

• Develop new product concepts using customer, competitor, and market insights.
• Support proposition development, pricing and financial modelling in partnership with Product, Pricing, and Finance teams.
• Test assumptions and run experiments to validate new ideas.
• Assist in building business cases and high‑level impact assessments.
• Ensure smooth transition into delivery, supporting pilots and scaling.
• Monitor early‑life performance and contribute to post‑implementation reviews to capture learnings.

What We're Looking For

• Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in proposition development within health insurance or related sectors (general insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities).
• Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable concepts.
• Experience in designing products and services.
• Strategic and commercial thinking with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project and programme management frameworks.
