A global consulting firm is seeking an Expatriate Benefits Consultant in Greater London to provide consulting services for managing expatriate healthcare benefits. This hybrid role will involve strategic advice, managing provider relations, and driving client portfolio growth. The ideal candidate should possess significant knowledge in Employee Benefits and consulting experience with multinational clients. Exciting opportunity to join our Expatriate Benefits Solutions (Expat) team as an Expatriate Benefits Consultant. This newly created growth role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of international healthcare and risk clients. In this role you will be responsible for providing consulting services to our clients on all aspects of managing the health of their expatriate workforce, implementing and managing benefit plans to support this. The role is a London based position offering a Hybrid workstyle.
The Expat team assist multinational organisations in the development and management of employee benefit programs for Internationally Mobile Employees (IMEs) and International assignees.
The Expat team are very experienced in dealing with and understanding the distinct challenges faced by global organisations with international assignees or expatriate employees. Working with a select group of global insurers, we ensure benefit programmes are compliant, competitive and financially sustainable.
Our team of specialists support clients with the very latest thinking in the design, development and management of global expatriate medical, life and disability arrangements.
The role calls for an experienced consultant and account manager able to support and drive our growth efforts. Working closely within a team of account managers, the candidate will be responsible for helping to grow and develop our portfolio of clients. A key element will be the building of relationships with internal colleagues who have client facing responsibilities, to develop and raise the awareness and profile of the Expat team across the whole WTW community.
The team deals with all aspects of group insurance from market broking exercises to ongoing day-to-day administration and consulting of client arrangements, including enquiries in respect of renewals, funding, underwriting and benefits. The team also provide consulting services for plan design benchmarking, compliance and regulatory frameworks, independent pricing projects and insights and data analysis
