Job description

We’re inviting applications for a passionate and hard‑working Football coach to work across two of our secondary academies, and wider across the Trust.

This role will have responsibility for growing football participation and provision across Charnwood College, including female and male year 7–10, and will take a lead on Sixth‑Form development. On Mondays each week, delivery of football at Lodge Park Academy in Corby will take place throughout the school day, with after‑school squad sessions.

The post holder will work closely with the sports departments and Head of Sports Enrichment to promote, deliver, report and organise football opportunities to a high standard throughout the school and Trust. Additionally, the holder will run community sessions on the Charnwood site on Thursday evenings (Charnwood Rangers), support football‑related initiatives across the Trust (including development days, tournaments and CPD) and plan, organise and attend our annual football tours, which have included visits to Paris and the Netherlands.
