As part of the global API Group, we join a family of organisations where leadership, and leadership development is our most powerful strategic advantage and the best way to invest in our people.**SALARY**: £25,000 + Company Van + Commission + Overtime* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays* Cycle to Work Scheme* Employee Referral Scheme (£1000)* Company Pension Scheme* Life Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)* Employee Scholarship Scheme* A Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts* Health & Wellbeing Resources* Bravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence**What You Will Be Doing As a Logistics Coordinator**This is a busy and varied position where you will support our PFX team across various branch departments, including Stores (warehousing), Office / Customer support, with around 50% of your day out in the field where you will support Engineers with installations of Fire Extinguishers as well as making deliveries to our customers and satellite branches.* Process all incoming deliveries* Pick and pack orders* Organise dispatch and delivery of goods* Deliver out to any remote engineers not covered by a satellite location* Commissioning of fire extinguishers* Installation of fire extinguishers on customers sites* Ensure product is stored safely and clearly marked with product codes* Maintain a high level of communication with sales team* Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with warehouse management system* Promoting Chubb solutions to customers whilst onsite (Commission available)* Lead and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes to deliver excellent customer service levels**Working Hours:** 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (start times between 7.00am/8.00am)**What We Would Like You To Bring*** Ideally have experience working in a warehouse or logistics* Have strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook* Be customer focused with the ability to build relationships* Have good written and verbal communication skills* Full UK driving licence essential (50% of our day will be in the field)#LI-DP1**Additional Information**Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
