About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to join our team in preparation for upcoming projects across the London area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations on new build residential and fit-out schemes, ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of all site logistics activities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site logistics operations from inception to completion
• Develop and implement project-specific logistics plans, traffic management plans, and delivery schedules
• Manage and coordinate logistics supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors
• Oversee delivery management systems, vehicle movements, and site access
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Manage site waste and material handling in line with sustainability targets
• Provide regular progress reports and attend project meetings

Requirements

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent
• Black CSCS Manager’s Card
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projects
• Strong understanding of new build residential and fit-out environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience working for a Construction Logistics Contractor – advantageous
