A leading educational institution in the UK is looking for an HR Advisor to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a thorough understanding of employment law and a passion for delivering HR advice. This full-time position is office-based during term time, with potential for limited hybrid work during school holidays. You will be responsible for building relationships and assisting staff with employment issues while ensuring compliance with employment law.

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our HR Team – someone who enjoys building relationships, is passionate about delivering comprehensive HR advice and assistance, has a thorough understanding of employment law and an eye for detail.
Normal working hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and the role is office‑based during term time. The opportunity for limited hybrid working may be possible during school holidays, subject to business need.
