About the Role

This is a care‑led leadership position where your empathy, professionalism, and commitment to quality will shine. As Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our care assistants, ensuring high standards of service, and helping our customers live safely and independently in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide care cover for sickness/ annual leave, be the start up team for new customers
• Set the highest standards of care delivery and represent the company with your professionalism
• Conduct care competencies and spot checks
• Mentor and support care staff in the field
• Liaise with customers and families to ensure satisfaction
• Uphold compliance and quality standards
• Contribute to rota planning and shift coordination
• Participate in on‑call support duties as part of a rotating schedule (with a daily bonus payment in addition to base salary).
