Job summary
A dynamic technology firm is seeking a Finance Assistant to support its operations during a maternity cover. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office located in Belfast. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting support role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining financial records, including sales and purchase invoices.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes across multiple regions.
- Supporting debt recovery activity and maintaining strong client communication.
