About this Role

The Project Manager – Investment role is pivotal to supporting the delivery of Better Society Capital’s investment activity. The position involves managing core investment requirements and optimizing the use of technology in investment processes. This role is integral to executing the company’s five‑year strategy, including enhancing project management systems and overseeing investment governance. Responsibilities

• Develop project management systems and tools for investment activities.
• Manage updates of the investment pipeline with property, lending, and venture teams.
• Ensure key portfolio requirements are met across investments.
• Effective delivery of investment governance through oversight of committee meetings.
• Manage the annual investment performance cycle with key stakeholders.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
