A growing financial services company in Greater London is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and team management. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within the entertainment/music industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills. Job Role: Financial Controller. Reports to: Finance Director. The Financial Controller role is a key finance team hire and integral to the efficient, effective and profitable growth of Y Royalties. Managing both day-to-day finance matters as well as implementing robust financial processes and systems as the business scales, delivering financial reporting and analysis, and working closely with the Finance Director. We are seeking an experienced individual with the drive, technical and commercial skills to ensure Y Royalties creates a first class Finance Team - delivering excellent finance service to deadlines alongside great business partnering to achieve Y Royalties business growth and profitability goals.
