Job summary
A well-established nursery in Aylesbury is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5, act as a Key Person supporting children's wellbeing and development, and plan age-appropriate activities based on observations. This role is integral to fostering a nurturing environment for early learners.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with children and parents.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
- Act as a Key Person to support children's wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
