A leading social media platform is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for designing outreach and growth programs for merchants. This role demands substantial experience in mass account management and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You will lead incubation efforts for high-potential partners, analyze data to optimize performance, and manage partner communication. Fluency in English and Polish is essential due to direct interactions with partners. Competitive candidates will possess strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
About the Team As an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business.
This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e‑commerce experience.
