A leading global financial services group is seeking a Business Analyst with Avaloq experience to join their Change Management Office. The role involves end-to-end change management, collaborating with IT, and producing management materials. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and proven success in delivering change within financial services. An understanding of private banking and wealth management is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward.

Our expertise, intellectual capital and global network enable us to provide a distinct perspective that makes a meaningful difference to our clients, communities and planet.
We have 4,600 talented specialists on the ground in over 40 countries around the world, enabling us to deliver a unique global perspective across four market-leading business divisions – Global Advisory, Wealth Management, Asset Management and Five Arrows.
As a family-controlled business built on relationships, we place a huge emphasis on our people and finding the right colleagues to take our business forward.
Rothschild & Co is committed to an inclusive and supportive environment where different perspectives are valued. We are focused on the attraction and recruitment, development and retention and progression of high calibre talent to ensure we and our clients benefit from the value of difference.
The Change Management Office (CMO) team is responsible for the delivery and oversight of the project landscape across the UK Wealth Management business. This includes contributing to, and active project management of, larger strategic business or regulatory changes and the coordination and reporting of smaller, business delivered, tactical initiatives.
The role of a CMO Business Analyst is varied as it could be to support project managers within the CMO team who are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, or you could be asked to lead specific projects yourself including coordinating the input of subject matter experts from across the business and contributing to business or technical initiatives. Subjects range from regulatory change to IT and platform initiatives, to changes driven by strategic decisions in connection with markets and service offerings.
The role will involve a degree of exposure to senior management at a local and divisional level and will require collaboration with the business’ wider change community to identify and resolve challenges and maximise opportunities.
The role is based in London, but periodic travel to Switzerland may be expected.
