A leading building contractor in the UK is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for managing teams and sub-contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record delivering projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. The initial projects are starting in early 2026 and consist of two new-build offices (£10m & £25m), a new-build care home (£25m), a contemporary residential development (£20m) and an industrial warehouse (£5m).
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+.
