At WeMaintain, we build tech that empowers the people who keep cities running, making building maintenance smarter, faster, and more human. Learn more about who we are.

🔧 Why join us?

You don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability.

Big companies offer structure but little ownership or recognition.
Small companies offer freedom but not always clear direction or long-term support.

At WeMaintain, you get both:

  • Autonomy backed by real support and modern tools
  • A culture of trust, transparency, and respect
  • Career growth and opportunities for internal mobility
  • A team that values grit, perseverance, and the drive to make a real impact

Our values come to life every day:

  • 🤝 Care — Respect and support for clients and colleagues
  • đź’Ş Grit — Persistence and high standards to get things done right
  • 🌱 Uniqueness — Encouragement to share ideas and challenge the status quo
👀 Who we’re looking for

We are searching for a Project Manager (Modernisation and New Install) to join our Modernisation Team in London.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Take ownership and are comfortable making decisions
  • Thrive in a culture where your voice matters — flat structure, open communication, real impact on how things get done
  • Care deeply about quality and safety — you don’t rush, you do things right and take pride in your craft
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow
📌 What Will Your Future Role Be?

As a Project Manager at WeMaintain, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage lift modernisation and new installation projects from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure all technical documentation, risk assessments, and method statements are completed.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams for smooth handovers.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
đź‘‘ You Are the Right Person for Us If:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lift/elevator industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management, including coordinating subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Health & Safety conscious with site safety management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges.
  • CIP or relevant project management qualification is a plus.
