Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projects.
• Proven technical knowledge of AV industry.
• Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively.
• Confident presenter and chair of meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well-organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
• Full responsibility for commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate project progress and status with clients.
• Manage project staffing with in-house and subcontracted labour.
• Oversee project site managers and ensure schedules are adhered to.
• Prepare final documentation packages.
• Forecast invoicing and work effort.
• Travel to project/customer sites as required.
