Actors Touring Company (ATC) seeks a talented Associate Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting late 2025. This mid-level role (£30,000–£40,000, London-based) is ideal for a mid-career director with national touring experience who aspires to future artistic leadership. The Associate Director will oversee productions on mid-scale UK tours, engage audiences and communities, and contribute to ATC’s artistic vision. Working closely with the Artistic Director and wider team, you will help shape innovative programmes, connect global stories to local contexts, and support the development of international and diverse voices in British theatre.
