CEO // Revolutionise IVF with Microfluidics // MedTech // Leeds, Hybrid

You are a commercially minded leader who has scaled a MedTech business. You have taken a medical device to market, built teams, and developed investor relationships to fundraise. We are working with an IVF MedTech start-up that has just raised a £4 million seed fund. They are looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer to take their patented, scalable, and cost-effective microfluidics technology through FDA clearance and commercial launch. Their device optimises embryo culturing, significantly increasing embryo yields.

You will convert potential into reality, taking a patented technology and putting it into the hands of patients. You will scale a MedTech from a handful of people to a dozen and beyond. You will lead their team through clinical, regulatory and commercial validation. Your work will be of real value to the next generation of mothers.
