Job summary
A retail company is seeking a Team Leader for their Southend store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This temporary, part-time role offers £12.49 per hour for 17 hours per week, closing on 20 January 2026.
