Arborist / Arb Team Leader

Location: Field based across the East Midlands

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Ground Control is expanding in the East Midlands and we’re looking for a skilled Arborists to join our Arb Utility division. If you’re passionate about tree work and want to be part of a professional, safety-focused team, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As an Arborist, you’ll be responsible for the safe removal and clearance of vegetation and trees around power lines. Experience in Utility Arboriculture is ideal but not essential – however, you must be a qualified Arborist as a minimum.

  • Qualified Arborist (relevant certifications required)
  • Experience in Utility Arb (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
  • Flexibility for occasional overnight stays, depending on workload and locations
