A leading health and beauty retailer is seeking a Supervisor to lead the E-store team in Walsall. Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

In our E‑store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!
Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
But that’s not all… you’ll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in‑store customers. Whether you’re restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it’s all about great service and great vibes.
