• Be the main client point of contact for the CRM team across the different subdivision
• Working with key clients understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure we are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the team as and when required
• Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the CRM process
• Presenting work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary
• Working with the data team to support data strategy development to ensure the optimum audience for CRM communications
• Working closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, as well as supporting with end of month invoicing
• Ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system
• Building approved email into CRM system, Taxi for Email, and ensuring email and push assets are released to European markets for localization on schedule and error free
• Troubleshooting ad hoc issues and requests and issues
• Contributing to and supporting on larger strategic opportunities
