As a customer service assistant, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet stocking shelves, serving barista coffee, running the till, cleaning the store and keeping the place looking tidy. It’s a tough job that will keep you busy, but you’ll be working in a fun environment as part of a dedicated team. • Enthusiastic, friendly, caring, and have a natural flair for great customer service.
• Polite, hard-working and able to work well within a team.

• Be at least 18 years old as part of the role involves working with fuel.

Before you start, you’ll be asked to complete online training that will get you up to speed with BP Retail. This way, you can feel confident of what is expected of you in your new role before you walk through the door. You can complete the training on your own computer at home and you’ll be paid for the time you spend on it.
